At Patch, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across the globe. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing & Fulfilment

• All orders are subject to a processing period of 1–3 business days prior to shipment.

• Fulfilment times may vary during peak seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA & Canada)

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after fulfilment.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfilment.

• Canada Standard DDP: 3–5 business days after fulfilment (up to 12 business days for the Atlantic region).

• International to Canada (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfilment.

3. Europe Shipping

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfilment.

• UK Standard DDP: 3–7 business days after fulfilment.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfilment (requires customer phone number at checkout).

4. Worldwide Shipping (Rest of the World)

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfilment.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfilment (where available).

5. Delivery Notes

• Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing/fulfilment time.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including phone numbers for express shipments.

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated (DDP services cover duties where available).

• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Patch ships worldwide with standard and express options. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. In the USA & Canada, standard shipping takes 3–4 business days (after fulfilment) and express 1–3 days. Canada also offers Standard DDP (3–5 business days, up to 12 in Atlantic regions). Europe delivery is 5–20 business days standard, 3–7 days UK DDP, and 1–3 days express (phone number required). Worldwide standard delivery is 5–20 business days; express is 1–3 days where available. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless DDP service is selected.
